Online video is slow

I can never get through an online video (youtube and the like) without it stalling because it's not loading fast enough. Everything else seems to be pretty quick, like just loading up web pages. Can never watch a video online though unless I just pause it and let it load up for a while. Probably nothing I can do about it, could just be my ISP, maybe my Router.

Who is your ISP and what are there advertised speeds for your package?
Are you getting those speeds.
You should beable to find out on the website if not call and ask.
speedtest.net will show you what you get. Choose the closest server to you.
