Online video codecs for Vista?

Ever since I loaded vista site I used to frequent that had video I can no longer view.

I get a box saying the proper codec is not installed please click to install codec now, so I click it and it says it can't find the codec and gives me the option to install it manually*.

I'm using Windows Vista (Microsoft release not pirated), and the newest Firefox.

Thanks in advance, site like ebaums, newgrounds, etc.....
