Online vendor recommendation for Windows XP

Thats Dell "branded" and while it may install, and even activate fine, it violates msft's eula. For 15$ or less, go with newegg/zzf/mwave, you need a hologram CD, printed CD key and Certificate of Authenticity (COA) sticker.
