Online Training - Any recommendations for Online Training in OfficeXP, Quickbooks or accounting, and general computing?

My company is looking for an online training package that offers courses for employee development. Is anyone using an online training service they would recommend?

Human resources is looking to link employee performance bonuses to the completion of basic skills tests in Word, Excel, basic computing, some accounting. We currently use howtomaster.com but their reliability is atrocious; website is constantly down, hangs during lessons and tests, subject material is trivial, customer support is a joke.

Basically we need a replacement.

Hosted solution preferred. We have about 60 users. Basically the grading system needs to be pass/fail. We're not looking to make people developers just reduce the "how do I..." type of questions in MS Office and the like.
