With the market totally off like this, I want to buy some stock while they're cheap. I've already got some mutual funds with my IRA through work.....but I want to do it seperately. Which online trading thing (like etrade.com) has the lowest capital needed to open an account? I am a minor, so mom will have to co-sign or something too. All help appreciated. Thanks!
