Online stores with long processing time

With so many online stores today that can usually ship same day or within 1 day, I feel spoiled. I ordered some car audio stuff on Sunday night and tomorrow will be day 3 and no sign of it being shipped yet. For a company that is solely online, I find this unacceptable. I'm pretty sure they're not getting swamped with too many orders because they only deal with car audio and not a wide selection of consumer electronics.
 
You know, sometimes things like that happen with Amazon for me - what if it was by a big company like Amazon? Would you still be miffed? Or would you be more miffed because it was so reputable/big?
