NCIX.COM does system builds. I deal with them almost exclusively (I did $35k in sales last year and was quite happy with them) I usually buy the parts and assemble myself but I know you can pay them a few bucks to do it.
 
You should build it but use some of the better parts for your box....err i mean i'd never do that to a friend ^_^. I do understand though, if you do build it..you are tech support until it dies.
