Online spreadsheet collaboration utility?

I'm looking for something that is similar to google docs.. I have a user who wants to be able to update a spreadsheet along with a client.. I don't want to use FTP or anything, I'd rather have a google docs style presentation.

However, I don't want the client to have to 'register' with google..


Thoughts? I'm fine paying for a service as long as it's cheap..
 
What's so bad about 'registering' with google? Any other service your client is going to have register with anyways.
 
Ideally I would have an admin account where I could specify usernames and passwords. So rather than saying "ok go sign up with google" I can say "use your email address, here's your temp password"
