Hi, I was visiting another forum and I found this thread about online self hypnosis. I've always wondered about those hypnosis tapes, but I doubted that they worked. A guy menitioned this site he used and said that it actually works. There have been 60 replies already with seemlingly good results.
It was free, so I gave it a shot. I figured the worst they could do is put in a subliminal message to donate money to their site, lol. I just did the trance and vision ones. I have to say, they were pretty cool. It definately makes you feel more relaxed and I could visualize the things really well.
They have a lot of different ones on there and they are all free. Hey, it couldn't hurt. Placebos are known to have a big effect on things. I still feel kind of "light" as I am typing this. Check it out:
