I am not new to buying stuff online but usually deal with verified sellers. This forum I wish to purchase from I usually lurk more than post (it's another member).

I was wondering if I were to use one of the credit card "checks" sent to me in the mail would cover me with the fraud protection.

Also does paypal not allow using their services for the purchase of firearms? This would be done legally through an FFL dealer.
