My first foray into The Garage. 'Sup?

Our loser cruiser is due a full brake job... rotors/pads. Should I just purchase local, Napa/Autozone? Are the online stores any better? Who is your favorite?

if you're just looking for parts, i'd go to pepboys. they have acceptable prices.

For something cheap likes brakes just hit up advance or any other local place. If at advance get the Wearever gold and autozone its the something gold as well. Not the cheapest but not the most $$$ will be the best bang for the buck.

I have had good luck with factory parts sourced through parts.com and autozone type stuff from rockauto.com.

If the prices aren't too different I try to buy locally...there is too many problems with non-dealer parts many times and if you are dealing online it just adds time where locally you just swap the part.
