Online Ordering seems to take forever. It seems like it takes 7 days for Newegg and Amazon to even pack your order. I ordered an Edimax USB AC wireless adapter from www.newegg.com and it took over 7 days to reach my house. The item fit in a small padded envelope and was in stock when I ordered it. Then I ordered a couple things from Amazon.com consisting of a CPU and an ITX Motherboard on 4 July and as of the 9th of July it had not been packed or shipped.
This is lousy customer service.
I would encourage anyone with similar results to take off stars on the rating if you think an item takes too long to ship. This is the only thing they understand.
I think it should be illegal for them to take your money until they actually have the item packed up and ready to ship. Basically they take your money and do nothing for 7 days. It is not like it is Christmas time.
