Online Ordering "problem"

I ordered something from 10 days ago. I actually placed two orders that day. One of my orders shipped. The other order never shipped. 5 Days later I placed another order and that order shipped the next day.

Flash forward to today and they decide to finally ship that order they never got around to shipping. Except.. they only decide to ship 1 t-shirt and completely ignore the other 2 items. I thought they canceled my order because I used two orders on the same day each using the same coupon code.

I am not going to be home to refuse delivery so the UPS guy is going to leave it behind the door.

Should Express have the UPS driver come and pick it back up from my house or is it not their responsibility?
