I have a friend who is fairly computer illiterate. He has the online version of mcafee running on his cable internet. He asked me to get him a printer, so I was able to get in on the HP 825C deal and bought a black cartridge for under 50.00. I installed it for him yesterday and whenever he prints, he gets spooler32 errors or hp....dll error if mcafee is running. Their solution is to disable mcafee while printing. They have a $2.95 per minute phone line set up for technical problems, but a new printer should not be this much problem. I run AVG and never have any problems, but have heard that Mcafee will have this type of problem!!
