Anyone know if it is possible to use any of the free online map services to show multiple locations at once?

I have a list of about a dozen locations I need to map out a route on for some people, and I need to do it all on the same map.
 
You could probably do that with the Google Maps API, but i think it'd be too difficult to learn just for that simple task
