online game rentals

I just signed up for a trial of gamefly for like $9 for the first month. Just wanted to see what it was like. So I decided to look into other companys since after the first month its expensive in my eyes, like $16 for 1 game at a time per month.

I came across this site
http://video-game-rental-review.toptenreviews.com/
that seems to review all the sites.

So now my next logical step was to come here.

What does everyone else think?

Gamefly. Well worth it IMO, especially considering the cost of games. Another plus is access to their used game prices. I think I bought all my games from them last year except Hotshots Golf PS3. Its just so easy, rent a game.. If you like it, click buy it now. You get it at a used price that beats gamestop, no tax, no shipping, plus you get 5$off and 5-10% off depending on length of membership. Hard to find better deals withouth combing the FS/FT forums.

I am in almost 1 year now.. They haven't been perfect, but they have been good.

I am signed up to Gamefly but I think I'm going to cancel the service. Not necessarily because the service is bad but because I'm not using it enough to justify the cost. Especially not since I can use Coke Rewards to get free rental coupons at Blockbuster.

If I had the time to play games regularly, it would be worth it though.

I haven't used any of em. I don't play games quick enough to justify renting them.

A friend of mine used to use gamefly and seems to like it but I'm not sure if he's still using them.

I'm on my 3rd week of gamefly. I bought a wii and wanted to try games out before I bought them. Currently have Rayman 1 (fiance wanted to play it), dropped zack and wiki in the mailbox yesterday morning and they are shipping RE:4 today.

I'll stick with them for a while.

I use gamefly to buy a lot of new release games. Usually they're discounted 10-12 dollars, and on top of that, I get a 5% discount and 5 dollars every three months. So, when GTA4 came out, I got it for 45.99 (That's with all discounts and tax included) compared to 64.94 if I would've bought it in the stores. Not too bad. My membership pays itself off one game alone.

In between new releases that interest me, I rent a lot of games that I otherwise wouldn't have bought, just to try them out. Also, i often get tired of most games two or three weeks after I get them, so I figure a 20 dollar membership saves me at least 30 dollars a month.
