Online file storage, download accelerator?

Is there a free website where I (broadband) can upload files to, where someone on dial up can download from using a D/L accelerator, with resume capabilities?

Also, what's a good (& spyware free) download accelerator?

Different sizes. Why? Say most are lower bitrate MP3 sizes, and maybe one file 200-300MB.

Cool, thanks. Any word on getting spam from giving them your email address? I would want to give them someone's main email, vs. a webmail.

I've been using it for a while now...I was introduced to it from these forums, so I could only imagine that it's alright...

One thing you can do is email it to yourself (a spam email address that you have) then copy and paste the link and email that to your friend....You only have 25 downloads of each file
