We recently set up a demo of some of my company's solutions that can be accessed online, during sales calls at customer sites. Sales meeting being unpredictable as they are, use of the remote demos will often be unplanned. We don't have the ability for concurrent access here, so if a rep wants to do a demo he or she will need to be able to quickly consult a schedule to see if anyone is using the server.
Most customers can't or won't let guests hook up to their network, so I need the ability to quicklyconsult an online calendar from customer's browser. Ideally I'd like to go to http://website..com/username and have the calendar pop up. The more fiddling with logins and passwords the less chance of the reps actually using it. I looked into Google Calendar, and that's an option, but you have to be logged in to see the calendar -- you can't go http://calendar.google.com/username.
Does anyone know of any online calendars that can be viewed wihtout having to log in?
TIA.
