Online backup for small business server

For some time now I've had Crashplan Code 42 running on the server at the small business where my wife used to work and I'm satisfied with the results. However, the boss wants a second backup "just in case" and he doesn't want anything local since nobody at the office is reliable enough to actually change backup tapes/drives now that my wife isn't there any more.

So, I'm wondering if anybody knows of an inexpensive online backup that will run on Windows Server 2010 and will not interfere with the Crashplan backup? Crashplan currently runs only at night and generally takes about an hour to update the files that are added/changed on an average day so there is plenty of time available to run another backup. I just don't know of any way to find out whether other companies' software will have conflicts with the Crashplan client.

They currently have about 250GB stored on the Crashplan server (~145GB data plus 100GB backup in old versions of changed files) and have been adding about 5-10 new/changed data per month on average. Since I have Crashplan keeping old versions, I don't need the second backup to do that. The boss just wants a second copy of all of the current data somewhere else.

Why not upgrade the current crashplan plan to do online as well, as you are happy with it currently?

It may take a few days to upload everything currently, but guess there is you could limit it so it does not consume all your bandwidth.

I have not personally looked into a lot of online backups, that just a though
 
Sorry, I neglected that bit of info. Crashplan IS backing up online. He doesn't want any local backup at all but wants a second backup "just in case"..

Well... personally I think that's silly, but it's his money. Just install Backblaze and run that too.

*shrug*
 
I'm not familiar with Backblaze, but $50 per year for a secondary backup looks pretty good to me. I'll check it out to see if it will play nice with Crashplan. Thanks!
