Onesuite - Users Beware!!!

I just dialed up my Onesuite account to make a call....it tells me the account has expired.
I log into my account online - says it expired on 9/12/02....balance still of $3.40

So I call them up:
Apparently if you do not add funds to your account for 6 months it expires along with any balance in it.
They gave me a one time month extension and revived mine......

You have been warned......must be a new "rule"

That has always been the case.

AFAIK though the account retains the funds in the account when it expires, & is renewed automatically if you re-charge the pin again.

Read the info, it's all there in writing.

[EDIT]Hmm... Is Bigzoo != Onesuite? Bigzoo has always been this way, but now that I take a closer look at the two they seem different...[/EDIT]
