Onesuite (calling card) Degrading Quality

Hi,

Been using Onesuite since August and I've noticed the quality of international calls has been getting worse. Muffled sounds and static. Wondering if anyone else has noticed it. I usually call Hong Kong and Japan. I also used to fax stuff through their 800 line and now I can't even finish a fax through their local access numbers.

Would Bigzoo be any better? Appreciate any input.
 
BigZoo and OneSuite are the same, run by the same company.

I've been a very happy BigZoo for a few years and haven't had any problems.
 
Have you called outside the US?

Besides Onesuite/Bigzoo, anyone know of other cheap (online) deals? I'm not a member of Costco or Sam's Club, no Walmart near here. D'oh.

Yes. I have used BigZoo for international calls everywhere from Australia to Dubai, UAE (for work).

Usually I get the poorest signals in calling India, Pakistan and parts of Asia.
