just an fyi...

If you buy something online and use their instant coupon... then later you call back to pricematch an item, they remove your instant coupon from your purchase...

that sux. 🙁

Update: I left comments on Bizrate for onecall.com, and someone did call me today. They did admit it was a mistake and the coupon should not have been removed form the entire order, only the pricematched item. They credited me the difference.

it doesnt make sense to me... If I buy a TV and some other stuff and use a paper coupon for 15% off my totaly purchase price... and then go back and have them adjust the price of an item, why would they remove a coupon on the entire order for price adjusting 1 item. nah... it dont make sense to me either.

They wouldn't remove the 15% off the entire order, just the item that was pricematched. I think all stores have this policy, but they don't always enforce it so people get lucky sometimes. That is the exception though not the standard.

Some stores don't pricematch at all, so you're criticizing onecall for allowing you to alter a previous order to a lower price? Get over it.

Prices were made to be negotiated.
Stores who want the most business give the best deals to their customers.
For everyone else there are overchargine retail stores like best buy... you get over it.
