I wouldnt mind alittle bit of Critique on my system. I have a strict budget since i have rent to pay and such. All i need is the mobo, ram, CPU, and if there is extra cash i need a HD. Its more of an upgrade really i guess.

AMD 64 5000 X2 - $379
Asus M2R32-MVP - ~170$
Corsair TWINX Dual Channel - $126.99
Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 SATA 160GB - 83$

Total = ~800$

Budget = 850$

I would really consider upgrading your video card, that is unless you aren't a gamer. In that case it's a fine system. However, if it were me I would downgrade the CPU to like a 3800+ or 4200+ and overclock it. My Socket939 x2 3800+ is running at 2.6Ghz right now with no really fancy modification.

1. I dont overclock

2. I will be upgrading my GPU later. For now.. this runs everything i play on full settings with no lag so its not a problem. DX10 cards are for me or X1950XTX

3. Im getting into doing video editing more but still a hard gamer so i need a CPU first.

Edit: does anyone think there will be a major difference between using an ECS KA3 MVP compared to a Asus M2R32-MVP? I dont overclock as i said so that isnt an issue. i mean like will my FTP be better on an Asus board then a ECS?
