One web site makes my CPU go to 100% and slows the pc down.

Errr....what is on that page....(don't think I wanna check here at work!)...might be a log of not terribly well written java and other flashy brik-a-brak.
 
I think it's gotta be that stupid snow crap they have going on in the banner. Doesn't peak my processor but does cause it to pulsate from 10 to 90 percent.
