If a guy sells you an item.

Puts clearly in his thread that no refund/exchange, and that if anything goes wrong, its the buyers fault...

Then tells you after being a bit pissed that "Do you speak no English? I said that I GUARANTEE NO DOA"...

Is he lying?...

I think you'd get more responses if you made more sense.

Fine...
confusing huh...

Ok. Guy sells a video card. States clearly in his post "NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE, IT WORKED FINE IN MY RIG, IT SHOULD WORK FINE IN YOURS... ANYTHING THAT GOES WRONG WITH IT IS THE BUYER'S FAULT.."

Well, after a lot of pming him. he replies since I keep bringing up the subject about the no return/ no exchange "DO YOU SPEAK NO ENGLISH? I ALREADY STATED I guarantee DOA..."

So, does what he said in the pm go along with what he posted in the fs thread?...

Uhhh...there's your answer.

EDIT: If you read that and still went ahead with the purchase, then its yours and you cant complain, accuse, or make demands.

For those with little reading comprehension... where's what I understand.

Seller says NO refund/return.
Seller also states GUARANTEED NOT dead on arrival.
Buyer questions why no refund or exchange if it's guaranteed to work when he gets it.
Seller gets pissed because he's being questioned on legitimacy of not offering refunds/returns on a product he guarantees will work on arrival.

I'd say don't buy from him. Anyone who guarantees your something is in working condition but renegs saying NO RETURNS/REFUNDS is a liar and a thief most likely.

That's what I thought the OP meant...

Yes...don't buy from him.

meh, he's probably an honest guy, just too dumb to see the problem he created for himself. Just accept refunds, makes you a better seller!
