Why arent they shooting any ketushyas down

As seen in this video MTHEL can shoot down katyushas,Artilary,and Mortar shells. Why arent they using them. they work.

You recommend a high energy laser? Great, now pay for the mass production and deployment of such a new technology.

They probably havent field deployed them yet. Awesome tech though.
