One PC -> Multiple displays over a large area

What would be the best way to have a computer's video output displayed on multiple screens throughout a building? Sort of similar to what you see in airports with the schedules being displayed. What sort of equipment would be required? This isn't a huge building... it would be one small warehouse at first and then possibly a second warehouse right next door (connected).

Thanks!
