One or 2 HS fans? Push-pull? Push-push?

Have a Megahalems HS. Right now running one fan pushing to the rear of the case. Is it known if two fans will improve performance? Should they by push-pull or maybe blowing into each other (push-push) to increase turbulence? Anyone experiment or have any information about this?
 
Two fans will improve performance but not by much. There are some reviews out there on your heatsink that have comparisons of 1 vs. 2 fans. If you decide to add another fan, set it up as push/pull.
 
Ok, did that. Saw about a 2-3C drop. Not bad! It is a little noisier and there is definitely a new turbulence whine
