I think those pictures and the names must be messed up, because if they aren't the guy in the bottom right is named Karen. The middle top and the bottom right look related so I'm guessing they got the top left and bottom right pictures or names switched.

I don't really have anything to add, pretty much just completely disgusted that someone, let alone several people could actually do something like that.

It turned out that a lot of the details in that case were fabricated. That story was spread around the Internet by someone with an agenda, and they embellished it to fit their agenda.
