And to those who will flame about it being in a straight line, that car is actually setup for road courses as well (it's not on that page..but its in other threads in the forum..the car was featured in Hot Rod magazine as well)

Methinks it's being hosted on someone's home PC and they are on Cable/DSL. SAS. Slow As Sh_t.

Dayum. That is one NASTY looking Camaro. Never seen one in all silver before....with modern aftermarket rims too. Niiiiice.

I wonder what it quarters in? Probably 10's.

EDIT: man, that car was done RIGHT... I wanna see pics of the suspension and brake setup. Somehow I don't think they're typical Camaro parts. *coughVETTEcough*

That is a fantastic vehicle. Absolutely beautiful.

And it looks so clean, on the outside. It is the anti-rice. And no rice would touch it. I would like to have a car like that.

And what would be an advantage or positive attribute to such a setup?

If it runs only 10's, it's spinning the tires most of the way down the track. With that much HP, if it can get any kind of traction, it should easily run in the 8's.
Now, no way it can with the tires that are on it, though. It would need slicks and probably some suspension trickery.....but that car is built to haul ass AND go through the turns, so I'd say it would do 10's, maybe even 9's with no trouble. Depends on how good the driver is at getting it off the line and feathering the throttle through the 1/4. That car could easily smoke the tires at highway speeds.

Imagine having that to drive regularly....the chances of meeting ANYTHING on the street that could outrun you from 0-whatever your top speed is would be next to none.
Pity on anyone who pulls up beside him on the highway and thinks it's just some low-geared, drag car....they'd get a real surprise.

 beautiful Fikse wheels
 PTE Turbos, great choice
 Sparco seats.

With an automatic tranny and some tall-ass tires that thing will be in the 8's.

much better brake pedal modulation due to increased pedal feel, and, because the brake setup is dual master cylinders, you can adjust brake bias/balance on the fly (using an appropiate brake balance bar adjuster) between the front and rear versus a single master cylinder using a proportioning valve. No need for vacumm booster because of dual mster cylinders.

( i correct myself and should have dual master cylinders, not dual tandem)

Some more info on dual master cylinder setups
