...is that you don't get a chance to work out. I have not worked out in a week today, and I won't be able to for another 4 days...and my pecks are practically gone.
Dips really won't do much for the pecs, they are more of a tricep/oblique toner. You could also find bar and do some chin ups, still won't work the pecs specifically, but at least it'll give your muscles a chance to work.
