In a blender put:
-500ml cottage cheese (preferably low fat)
-a few cloves of garlic (I put 6-7, but I really like garlic)
-salt
-black pepper
-a bit of olive oil (not more than a tablespoon)
-optional: roasted jalapeno or chilli peppers (I use 2-3 scotch bonnet, but I really like spicy stuff)
and blend until smooth. Normally I don't like cottage cheese, but this is quite delicious and has only 1cal per ml (versus ~2 for other dips).
