One of the 8800GT's run at 400MHz

Hi, I've got two 8800GT's and an eVGA 680i SLI motherboard.

The first time I installed the cards tests worked perfectly, but then I tried to overclock and 3dmark crashed. All OK till now.

But then I restarted, and whatever I do the second card always runs in 399.4 MHz to be exact! I enable / disable SLI, I overclock the first card (I can't independently overclock the second in Rivatuner) to whatever value there is, but still no luck, and the performance is crippled.

What do you guys recommend I do?
