One of my employees spends too much time in the bathroom

It seems like every hour he takes off to the mens room for 15-20 minutes, so I've been complaining to his co-workers hoping he'll get the hint and stop wasting valuable company time but he just isn't getting it. I went in there once and could hear him tapping away on his phone, probably posting stupid nonsense on the internet or facebook or playing games. I think I heard snoring in there one time too.

Should I fire his worthless ass?
