eh for many people cars are just for A to B, Honda is great for this. Initial quality doesn't mean anything for A to B people, it's the reliability after 100K miles that matters to this group and there are many of us.

thats why i found an old 98 civic hatchback to make into my DD. damn thing runs great. i do miss my truck tho.

ive not been impressed with new car stylings for a while. all the makers seem to be copying each other so much, in a couple years they will all be the same car with a different badge on them.

Welcome to the new world where efficiency trumps all. Everyone starts with their own unique concept car, then after putting it in a wind tunnel and realizing is has the Cd of a brick, it gets modified, then making sure it can pass crash tests and has comparable equipment to the competition, what gets put out on the showroom floor looks pretty much the same as everyone else's car.

The only great vehicle Honda makes these days was the Odyssey, but the new one is styled so bad it looks like a bloated hearse.

Honda is way behind in tech and features for pretty much every car they offer, compared to the competition. Thier modern designs absolutely suck balls, and their cars look atrocious. This comes from someone who owns one, and loved Honda for a long time!

Their new cars, like many other companies, are too big and bloated. Give me a choice and I take a early 2000's Accord over the new one. The same with Civic. Seriously, I would take a pristine vintage CRX over a CRZ anyday!

Even Acura is following-suit and is god-awful-ugly as well. :(

Sure, a lot of cars do look similar, but a lot of cars these days do look really great. This is just a cop-out for boring/lazy design. Maybe the market is going toward boring and ugly, but thats sad.

I'v been considering this. My like for Honda products seem very similar to my love for Apple products.

You: 'Yeah, nothing so awesome as the 2011 Accord. It seats a family and has a V6.'
Other guy: 'yeah...' *crickets*
You: 'b-b-b-but they used to be cool!...'
Other guy: 'yeah...:(' *crickets*

Honda fail.

For some odd reason, I really love the looks of the new Accord. You are getting a very spacious sedan for your money and great MPG.
