3.43 kilograms of liquid water at 0 °C is put into the freezer compartment of a Carnot refrigerator. The temperature of the compartment is -17.2 °C, and the temperature of the kitchen is 17.2 °C. If the cost of electrical energy is 0.150 dollars per kilowatt-hour, how many dollars does it cost to make 3.43 kilograms of ice at 0 °C?

Pretty lost on this one too. Don't think I'm at a total lost on all my HW this and the other one were the only 2 I couldn't get. Thanks.

Are you given the enthalpy? Just find how much energy it takes to convert 3.43 kg of liquid water to solid. You're given the dollar / kilowatt-hour (= energy) rate, so from dimensional analysis, you can find the cost.
