i'm trying to decide between these two rascals..

only difference is the one inch, a lot of weight, and the sony has both dvi and hdmi ports...i thought hdmi was essentially the same thing, just a step up. why would it have both?

anyway, any help from videophiles out there would really help me out, i'm lost in this kind of stuff

You should get the rear projection LCDs they carry
