One more BIOS question: flash from Windows?

I got the Asus CUSL2-C and Asus has a utility to flash BIOS in windows. Anyone try this yet? Is it safe?

Been a while since I had the Cusl but I believe it worked fine... but the folks with the Athlon systems got a bad flash that way and a LOT of peeps lost thier bios and had to RMA.. if there is an option to do a Dos level flash I would just to be safe. IMHO

I flashed my BIOS just fine using ASUS win update on my A7V133 mobo. No problems so far.
