One more ata raid 5 card question... Promise or 3Ware?

I am pressed for time to get this stupid file server built now (school will be starting up again and between that and work I'll be lucky to sleep).

I am still debating between products from LSI/3Ware/Promise. I would like to be able to setup a 3 disk raid 5 array and then expand it without losing data. I want to know which card will do what, which one do most people use (although ffew people have them), and I just want someone to decide for me so I can stop trying to decide.

Those are the SATA versions of the cards. I want to go with the PATA for cost reasons and because I already have 2 PATA drives to use for my array. Thanks though, I'll read the article anyways.
