It looks like standard only for the Accord EX-L; the Camry, standard with the XLE V6, optional for the XLE 4-cylinder and SE automatic.

I think the Honda Accord SE (Special Edition) is a good value but it offers cloth which I prefer.

The Camry is definitely more luxurious.
