One Legged Aaron Rodgers defeats the Bears on SNF

I turned the game off at half time to go to bed but I knew it wasn't over by a long shot. Even down 20-0 I knew the Pukers would win. Disgusting.
 
Late in the 4th quarter, Rodgers threw a ball directly into arms of a Bears defenseman and he dropped it...that would have sealed the game...when I say directly, the ball was going straight for the numbers on his chest....
 
I am in a Suicide Pick league with 155 people...just pick one winner straight up (no point spread)... $10 buy in so the pot is $1550 dollars (minus the Run Your Pool admin fee)....

75 took the Saints and 2 took the Steelers yesterday so they are out....33 took the Packers (myself included) so we were sweating bullets...
 
As a Packers fan (born and raised) I have never screamed and shouted more than when Cobb was running down the field. Man what a freaking CRAZY game. Rodgers was already a legend... I dare say he's now an immortal.

Biggest asshole in football? That seems like quite a stretch, but I'm not surprised...the only time I've ever heard anyone talk shit about Rodgers is from other NFC north fans. The amount of butt hurt I hear from the local Bears and Lions fans about Rodgers makes me laugh.

Yeah I was going to say I never hear anyone in the league (or outside the league) talk crap about Rodgers. In fact, quite the opposite. Bears and Vikings fans though can't bitch and moan enough about him. My only dig on the guy is how on Earth do you downgrade from Munn to Patrick? That's just insanity.

Also, how the fuck do you have a name of "FrozenTundra" and proclaim to be a Vikings fan??!

Well, even though he played for the Vikings, Tarkington was one of the biggest choke artists ever in the super bowl. Now he claims he was injured, but whatever. He played with one of the best defenses of its era, a better than average supporting offense, and lost 3 super bowls. Not only did he lose them, he played poorly in them as well.

PS: I would also rank him right up there with Rogers in the obnoxiousness category.

Haha, WTF? I had to unignore the person that posted that and well obviously there's a good reason for that.

I had to deal with an obnoxious Packers fan some for years, so I'm kinda glad that they've flopped in spite of Rodgers consistently being amazing. I have enjoyed the schadenfraude of the NFC North though, so much talent wasted for 3 Super Bowl rings in the past 50 years. And its only eclipsed by the glory that is the San Diego Chargers.

Make up your mind, is Rodgers and asshole or is he obnoxious? They're different things... you can be annoyed by him all you want, but calling him an asshole in a league that had murderers and wife beaters is simply ridiculous.

What on Earth does that have to do with ANYTHING? You don't get to pick your family in life. You don't HAVE to get a long with them. My wife doesn't get along with her family either - she's not an asshole (well, only to me I guess. But to everyone else she's really nice!) Maybe it's his family that are assholes?
 
I knew Aaron Rodgers was for real when he played for Cal and in an away game at USC completed 22 passes in a row. That's just OMG unheard of great!
