One last question on Gigabyte GA-965P-S3 before buying.

About to pull the trigger on the Gigabyte GA-965P-S3 (NOT DS3). Anyway, I read this review and they claim that the motherboard doesn't have memory timing adjustments like the DS3 does?

I know the Ctrl-F1 key combination works on the DS3, but does it not work on the S3 too? I read the forums and couldn't find a definitive answer.

I can adjust the memory on my S3. Among many other items as well.

Of course I am waiting for more nivida 650i boards and also the Ati/amd chipset

okay, thanks. Apparently the reviewers over at fastsilicon.com don't know about the Ctrl-F1 key combination....kinda embarrassing for them

Yeah... Ctrl+F1 at the main BIOS screen and you get a whole rake of new advanced options under MIT. I heard about it well before I had even decided to buy this board, I guess fastsilicon.com haven't been doing their reading.
