I thought the movie was pretty good as far as performance go, but having read the book, it just felt like it blazed through way too fast.

Nurse Ratchet,"Billy whats your mother going to say"?

Lord have mercy, I hated that woman so!

One of the best movies I've ever seen. The fishing trip was....I wanted to be on that boat.

Sad note, Will Sampson died of AIDS related illness. I do not know how he got it.

Kurt Douglas was pissed at son Mike because he wanted the roll of RP McMurphy.

The Last Detail w/Jack Nicholson is a good'en too. :)

Good movie, better book.
I used that book repeatedly for papers while I was in college........for all sorts of subjects. Amazing what one can get out of it.

Great book and movie.
However, one of the best treatments for depression is ECT, and since the movie it has been horribly stigmatized.

Yep, agreeing with the others...great movie, even better book.

As far as ECT goes. I don't think that I'd call it one of the "best" treatments for depression, but it does work. However, the form used today is much different than that employed in the past.
