one day errors, next day not?

As of yesterday my Ballistix PC3200 was giving me errors on thes #2,#3, and 6 instantly in the first try... Shut down, let it sit for 15 min, turn on, same thing. Warm reboot same thing. Ran windows for a while, restarted and tested, same thing. Played CS:S for an hour and it crashed to reboot, ran tests and same thing.



Now today, I'm not getting any errors after 3 loops (i know its not much but I haven't had the time to run more - ill do it overnight tonight). Why all of a sudden am I not getting errors. Its at the same speed, nothing has changed at all.

Power supply operating temps perhaps? If it's on the edge, and ambient temps go up or down, it could affect the stability of the power.
Otherwise, who knows, perhaps the evil spirits moved out.
