i've had this PSU for a few months now....its awesome, rock solid. i've seen several threads discussing confusion about the amperage on the 12v rail. newegg advertises "16/28a" while the label on the PSU says 18a. what the heck is the real amperage?

and another thing, many people have claimed there are adjustable voltage pots on this thing, and being a heavy OCer, i'd really like to know how they can be adjusted.

Is it not obvious?

Plug it in and take it in the bathtub with you, the pots will glow under water.

The label on the product is almost assuredly correct.
