I own an Asus A7N8X Deluxe mobo and have recently moved to a SB Audigy 2 add-in card over the onboard sound offerred. I know that the onboard sound must be disabled in the bios but was wondering if the onboard MIDI I/O must also be disabled in bios. Is it used only for the onboard sound? As I will now be using my Audigy 2 card can I safely disable this in bios?
