Onboard Sound.. or Audigy 2?

Hi,

I've got myself a new P5K-E board. I also have found two Audigy 2 soundcards laying around, should I use these instead of the onboard audio?

If so why or why not. I have been using onboard since i ditched my SB Live because of compatibility problems.

put both Audigy 2's in and enjoy 10.2 audio

hehe - just kidding, I guess i'd use the above board audio if you have it
either way you're going to have software involved either through SB drivers or through the HD Audio codecs...

I say go w/ the Audigy. Working nicely in my rig. Avoid installing the Creative bloatware, though!

go with the audigy 2. its still a great card and is about 95% as good as any X-Fi today.
