onboard sound on albatron kx400+

i have a albatron kx400 with onboard sound i tryed using it and it sounds like crap..when i was recording using the mic in hooked to my turn table the it sounded like dismal failure ..have any of you guys had luck with your onboard sound?there is a huge differance be onboard sound and the sb live i put my sb back in and i was amazed at the differance in the clarity of sound ....so whats your opinion on onboad sound verses pci sound cards?

No... we are all brain dead.

An SB Live is better than most of the onboard sound solutions out there, except the nForce solutions.
