**Onboard NIC Processor**

Do the Nforce boards NIC Chips have a NIC Processor. Or a chip that the NIC can offload the tasks to to take the strain off of the CPU?

If the Nforce LAN's do not, will the Marvell Gigabit LAN or something similiar have it?

If both have an onboard processor than this tweak should work right?

How will i know? I know there is a chip for the Marvell but i dont know if it is a NIC Processor. As for the Nvidia LAN would the Southbridge Count or no?
