Onboard NIC Processor

One of the options is to put all the network load on the NIC porcessor. I am running and A7N8X-E Deluxe board with dual nics. One of which is Nvidia NIc and the other is a Marvel Gigabit LAN. Currently my connection is through the Gigabit LAN. Does this have its own Nic processor?
